OPEN UP is a digital marketing campaign that promotes emotional wellbeing through authentic storytelling, music, creativity and healthy coping strategies.

The campaign was inspired by my own journey of living with bipolar disorder. Through songwriting, gardening, travelling, learning new skills and digital content creation, I discovered positive ways to cope with emotional challenges.

 

By sharing these experiences, I hope others feel less alone and more encouraged to explore healthy coping strategies that work for them.
